Weight Management Program
This program includes weekly, in-office subcutaneous injections of either Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, tailored to your individual needs.
For those who prefer a non-injectable option, we also offer oral Semaglutide, taken daily at home.
The cost of the medication varies based on the dosage recommended by your provider during your consultation.
For best results, we encourage patients to remain on weekly treatments for a minimum of 6 months, as consistency is key to achieving long-term success and sustainable weight loss.

Step 1
Getting Started with Medical Weight Management
To begin treatment, please call our front desk to schedule your initial consultation. We kindly ask that you have recent lab work (within the past 6 months) available prior to your visit so we can create a personalized treatment plan during your appointment.
If you do not have recent labs, we offer in-house lab draws for your convenience.
Without insurance: $150 flat fee
With insurance: $25 copay plus any additional amount not covered by your insurance provider
Lab work must be completed at least 2 business days before your consultation to ensure results are available for review.
During your visit, your provider will review your medical history, current medications, and vitals. Based on FDA-aligned guidelines, they will determine if Semaglutide or Tirzepatide is an appropriate and safe option for you. You’ll also have the option to complete a Fit3D Body Scan to establish baseline measurements for tracking your progress.
Step 2
What to Expect After Your Consultation
If you are deemed a candidate for medical weight management therapy, you may receive your first injection during your initial visit. Treatment typically involves weekly in-office injections, with ongoing monitoring to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Throughout your journey, your progress will be closely tracked through periodic weigh-ins and clinical assessments. A dedicated provider will oversee your care, adjusting your dosage as needed and addressing any potential side effects. Your treatment plan will be individually tailored to support your goals and optimize your long-term success.
Step 3
Ongoing Monitoring & Lab Evaluation
Approximately 12 weeks after your first injection, we will repeat your lab work to assess how your body is responding to treatment. This follow-up testing helps us ensure that both the medication and dosage remain safe, effective, and appropriate for your individual needs.
Your provider will review the results and make any necessary adjustments to support your continued progress and overall health.
